A wonderful construction project to build a flat roof extension with a brand new Howdens kitchen.

For this project, Stotto took on sourcing all the necessary planning, technical drawings and build calculations in addition to the physical construction of the extension to make life easier for the customer.

The walls consist of block cavity construction with cavity insulation and are finished in render and paint. A Bi-Fold door provides access to the garden from the new extension.

The flat roof was constructed in rubber roofing material and insulated with foam board roof insulation. Two Velux Flat Roof windows were installed to add some natural light.

A number of electrical renovations and installations were included to accommodate the new Howdens kitchen units, appliances and underfloor heating.

Internal doors, also sourced from Howdens, were installed in addition to Howdens skirting board and architrave. New tiled  flooring was supplied and installed for the extension.
