This project for the Quorn Scout Group was to construct a new extension and provide some renovations to the existing property.

For this build, in addition to the construction of the new extension, Stotto also provided a design and plan service that included the handling and organisation of all paperwork, planning permission, building control, technical drawings and also images of how the customer could expect the property to look once the extension was completed.

This extension, finished in brick, also benefitted from a new slate roof.

Internally, Stotto provided a full decorating service as required and completed renovations on the bathroom.
