Double Garage Build in Anstey, Leicestershire

This project in Anstey was to construct a new, modern double garage to the front of a detached home.

Initially, the land where the new garage was set to be constructed was lawn and shrubbery. This was removed to make way for the double garage. Building the base for the garage required the installation of new drainage, footings, and a concrete floor, all completed by Stotto’s skilled and professional workforce.

The new double garage was brick built, with the bricks carefully chosen to match the existing property, and it benefits from a pitched roof which has been tiled.

Internally, electrical installations were completed, including new lighting, sockets and switches as per the client’s requirements.

An insulated double roller door was installed, in grey, to match the house’s front door for an aesthetically pleasing look.
