For this project, Stotto constructed a double-storey extension to the side of a semi-detached home

To make life easier for the customer and to ensure all paperwork was in order to allow for a smooth build process, Stotto sourced all necessary paperwork. This included providing architectural and design services, providing structural calculations and completing the planning survey, and all technical drawings.

For this extension, the existing roof was stripped back. The extension walls were built as a cavity wall construction with cavity insulation, finished in brick and render. The new roof on the extension and the new, front porch are gables.

New windows were also supplied and fitted for this extension.

During this build, various electrical renovations and installations were completed.
