Loft Conversion In East Leake

These clients from East Leake in Leicestershire wanted extra room so opted for a full loft conversion on their semi-detached home.

The loft conversion constructed was a Gable Fronted Dormer. This loft conversion provided much needed extra space and also included a new en-suite bathroom.

The property also benefitted from an entire re-roof to match the existing roofing with that of the conversion.

During the construction of the new dormer loft conversion, new Velux windows were installed to the front and rear to provide plenty of natural light.

Internally, extra eaves storage was provided and the space was decorated as per the client’s preferences.
