Rear Lean-To Extension, Shepshed

For this property, Stotto Build constructed a Lean-To Extension to the rear of a detached house in Leicestershire. In addition, this project also included some internal modifications, including electrical and heating works and garden renovations.

This extension project began with the demolition and waste removal of an existing wall and conservatory. The walls have been constructed with brick and block work and finished in brick.

The Lean-To roof is tiled with foam insulation and contains four electric opening Velux windows, operated via an app for ease and practicality.

Inside, new flooring was laid and a new kitchen was sourced and installed.

Access to the garden through the extension is via a Bi-Fold Door.

The garden renovations included tree removal, new fencing and the construction of a base for a hot tub.
