About the Project

This wonderful project started with the Stotto build team taking over from the initial architect to create a technical and structural specification that led on to a full construction project carried out by our own in house team.

Whilst no project is ever straight forward we encountered made up ground, extremely deep drain services, trees, access constraints and a structural solution that needed to carry the back of a large part of the house.

With the help of our brilliant engineers, dedicated and skilled group of trades we were able to deliver this amazing project for a couple of amazing and tolerant clients…

Our work included:

Complete structural design and associated substructure works
Superstructure works including block and rendered, flat roof extensions with a large flat roof lantern from Roof Maker.
An oversized glazing scheme that incorporated beautiful anthracite grey sliding doors.
