A: Yes! Depending on what the item is will depend on how and when we schedule the extra or change in. If we have already ordered certain materials based on your original choice and specification, there will be a re-stocking and administration fee to return these items. If works have started, then we will unfortunately not be able to return the product.
It’s important for us to fully document your requirements as soon as possible as it may affect the original contract and we need to ensure delays are kept to a minimum. Please contact Milly & Charlie as soon as you realise you would like something extra or to make a change as we will need to run through a process of specifying it, designing it, pricing it and then allowing you time to reflect. Subject to your approval you will need to allow extra time for the extra works to be scheduled in as there will be material and labour lead times. If you add something in that needs to be done before the main project can continue it may delay the project so, please allow and be prepared for the extension of time required.
