At Stotto, our Illustration Concepts service can show you what your home will look like after the renovation, before you’ve even begun. We can discuss your ideas and use these concepts to illustrate and render a design. The completed illustrated design can then show you what your renovation will look like and you can decide if it works for you.
If the design isn’t quite suitable or what you had in mind, we can go back to the drawing board and work on smoothing any snags. If the final design ticks all your boxes, then we can send this drawing to the planning office and provide a visual explanation of your proposal to help move things along.
Having a visual design at an early stage can make sure all requirements are met and help foresee any design issues that may occur, allowing for a smoother building process. If that doesn’t make life easier, what will?
